    By purchasing web hosting services from the Company, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

     

    3. Services

    The Company will provide the Customer with the Services as described in the Company’s order form or other agreement with the Customer. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice to the Customer.

     

    4. Customer Content

    The Customer is responsible for all content that is uploaded to the Customer’s Website. The Customer agrees that the Company is not responsible for the content of the Customer’s Website and that the Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the content of the Customer’s Website.

     

    5. Intellectual Property

    The Customer retains all ownership rights in the content of the Customer’s Website. However, by uploading content to the Customer’s Website, the Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the content.

     

    6. Fees

    The Customer will pay the Company the fees for the Services as specified in the Company’s order form or other agreement with the Customer. The Company reserves the right to change the fees at any time, with or without notice to the Customer.

     

    7. Payment

    The Customer must pay the fees for the Services in advance. The Company may charge late fees if the Customer fails to pay the fees on time.

     

    8. Termination

    The Company may terminate the Services at any time, with or without notice to the Customer. The Customer may also terminate the Services at any time, but the Customer is responsible for paying any outstanding fees.

     

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

     

    10. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

     

    11. Severability
